The product does not ask users to leave Acumatica behind. It reads Acumatica records, custom fields, custom tables, and connected app data, then creates a decision layer that shows what matters and what action makes sense.

Container records hold vessel, voyage, destination, ETD, ETA, status, carrier, freight costs, landed costs, volume, weight, and linked purchase orders.
Business importance changes priority.
Star ratings, order history, CRM activity, service risk, margin, and renewal timing help the app decide which recommendation should rise to the top.
